"Looking for Leaders"Occasionally, a school administrator or church youth pastor may want to host a one-day Leadership Conference for his students. This creates a very personal, powerful venue for leadership training. This format allows all of your 7th-12th grade students to participate. Youth group workers and Christian school faculty are also able to participate, allowing them to reinforce the leadership principles after the conference is over. This one-day seminar is less expensive than the full Leadership Conference and can be customized to unique ministry needs and schedule. Usually the speakers are available for church services. Many churches and schools have found it profitable to invite a leadership speaker back to their ministry for a series of spiritual emphasis meetings later in the year.
