One-Day Leadership Conference

What is it?

The one-day leadership conference is an important part of the Student Leadership Conference ministry. The format allows several churches, Christian schools, or home school groups in the same area to get together for a 1-2 day leadership conference. This seminar can be conducted during regular school hours, or on a Saturday, keeping athletic, family, and youth group schedules intact. Because students are staying in their own homes, the expense for those participating is greatly decreased. This format also facilitates good relationships between students and is an excellent opportunity for youth workers or school faculty members to be exposed to the leadership training. Arrangements for this format should be coordinated by the area youth groups or Christian schools participating.

Why Schedule a One-Day Leadership Conference?

A one-day leadership conference allows many churches and youth groups within a local region to meet together for a Leadership Conference. This conference is very flexible and may be customized to ministry needs.
