Who may attend?

Regional conferences are open to 10-12 grade students. 9th grade students who demonstrate maturity are also allowed to come at the administrator's discretion.

What materials are used?

At each conference, students will receive a workbook which will provide notes and exercises that coordinate with the leadership sessions. Also, at most conferences, first time leadership campers are given the book Biblical Leadership by Williams/Collier. Second year students will be given the book Biblical Leadership Workbook, and third year students will receive the booklet Case Studies.

What is the dress code?

Students are expected to wear nice school attire for all the sessions. The boys should wear long pants (not jeans) and shirts with collars, and the girls should wear skirts and blouses or dresses. During the free time in the afternoon, students may wear casual clothes as follows: boys: blue jeans and sweatshirts or shirts without collars; girls: loose-fitting, knee-length garments or loose-fitting slacks. Please have your students prepared in advance so that they will know what is expected. Outdoor free-time activities are normally available, so the students will need to bring a change of clothing for this.

What should I bring?

Students and sponsors will need to bring linens, pillow, and/or a sleeping bag. Bedding is not provided by the camp. Students and sponsors will also need to bring towels, washcloths, and toiletries for four days. Each student will need his/her Bible and a pen.
