The Lord has used this Leadership Conference to remind me of the importance of being committed to all those whom I lead. Sometimes it gets a bit frustrating trying to work with those who don't seem to be on the ball, sharp, on fire Christians. Through this Conference the Lord has reminded me that those people are probably the ones who need my friendship leadership the most.
