Biblical Leadership Conferences Core Teaching At A Glance

Dr. Matt Williams and Dr. Ken Collier co-authored a book many years ago entitled Biblical Leadership, Becoming a Different Kind of Leader. (See it on Amazon) This Bible based book formed the backbone of the Leadership Conference's core teaching about leadership. Although the themes change from year to year, the core teaching is the same and emphasizes servant leadership, standing up for right, seeking to disciple others, being a godly influence taking initiative to love God and others. There is an emphasis on the home life of teens, respecting authority and having a biblical worldview and a ministry mindset.
Each conference includes a fill-in-the-blank booklet coinciding with the sessions, gifted, experienced youth speakers, (see our speakers here) and convicting Spirit filled preaching and teaching. At these conferences:

Your students will be challenged to fully embrace biblical worldview truth.
Your students will experience challenging sessions by passionate SLC speakers.
Your students will explore new vision in bringing biblical truth to life through relevant case studies.
Your students will extend their training through take home follow up projects.

Depending on the length of conference you choose (see options here) we also have sponsor or parent sessions, role playing case studies to drive home the biblical principles to the teens, small group discussion times and youth group / school strategy sessions allowing you to immediately discuss how the leadership principles can be specifically applied to your group's situation.

Some are held in Christian schools and other more casual conferences are held on a weekend in a church youth group setting.
